We ship worldwide.
Important Note:
Taxes and duties are not included in your final purchase price when Bluelagoon ships to
you, due to an international trade agreement known as DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid).
The cost will be determined by your local customs office; therefore, we are unable to
advise the amount you will need to pay but you can contact the carrier directly for an
estimate.
We are shipping from France, no taxes and customs duties for delivery in France
and in Europe.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments will be arranged by Bluelagoon Swimwear, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to noon.
If you place your order during this time, it will leave our warehouse the same day.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the next Monday morning.
It is important that you insert an email address and a phone number correctly when you place
an order. The courier does not always contact the customer by phone, so it is important that you insert
a correct email address when placing an order.
Which carrier do you use?
We offer Express Shipping at a rate as follow: (non-exhaustive list)
- Chronopost
- Colissimo
- UPS
For deliveries with Chronopost, in France and Europe, a supplement of 5 to 9 euros may be applied for all addresses configured in the list of remote areas. The surcharge will be calculated before payment.
For deliveries with UPS, in Europe and the rest
of the world, a supplement may be applied for
all addresses configured in the list of remote
areas. The surcharge will be calculated before
payment.
ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY
- EU: 1-5 working days
- USA: 3-7 working days (may be a few days more depending on Customs)
- Rest of the world: 3-10 working days (may be a few days more depending on Customs)
How can I track my order?
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number.
Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carrier’s website and enter
tracking number to see the updated shipping status.
Duties & Taxes?
We are shipping from France, no taxes and customs duties for delivery in France and in
Europe.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-
free packages are established by your local customs authorities. All taxes and customs are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Modalities :
all packages must be signed for upon delivery, so please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery, street address, apartment number, floor, intercom number or name, contact(s) phone number and email.
We also advise you to check the state of the package front of the delivery man and check that there are the number of items ordered. Blue Lagoon Swimwear is not responsible for tracking any orders that have been shipped. Please see links for tracking information. If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made
by the customer with the designated carrier. Please ensure a complete street address and phone number is supplied.

Blue Lagoon Swimwear cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery address.
Blue Lagoon Swimwear is not responsible for any lost or stolen package.
Changes the order and cancellation :
Your order remains blocked for 1 hour, if you
have a modification, send us a WhatsApp as
soon as possible +972-537082879 so we can do the modifications on time.
After this time, no changes in the order or cancellations can be made.
After validation, the sending address cannot be changed.
Shipping errors:
All items are inspected during manufacturing and before it is shipped to the customer.
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, contact us within 24 hours after receipt
of your order and report the problem by email: nc@bluelagoon-swimwear.com We will
gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at your expense.
