Return Policy
We accept exchanges and refund within 14 days of receipt of your package.
We just ask that you respect the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, with labels in place, hygienic protection and the cellophane with the barcode on each item returned.
- Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Refunds will be made on the merchandise, excluding initial shipping costs.
Are returns covered by Bluelagoon?
No. Costs incurred for returns or exchanges are not covered or refunded.
How do I organize my return?
To return your items, send us an email: nc@bluelagoon-swimwear.com and request return or exchange.
Where do I send my return?
We will provide you with the full address of our depot once we have received and processed your email.
How do you proceed with the refund?
Once your return has been inspected and validated as "good for return", we will credit you back the amount of your purchase
minus the initial shipping costs.
Withdrawal Form
"The right of withdrawal applies only to customers located in countries where such a right is required by applicable law, including but not limited to the European Union and the United Kingdom. Customers outside these jurisdictions are subject to our standard return policy."
Please note that no returns will be sent to trhis address. After you submit the form, we will provide you the return address.

What should I do if my order arrives with an error or defect?
All our swimwear is checked by our quality control department, both during and after manufacture, before being sent to our customers. However, if you encounter a problem (defect, order error, etc.) please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and report the problem to us by email: nc@bluelagoon-swimwear.com
We will be happy to exchange or refund your items.
Nb: we are not responsible if returned items get lost. For this reason we use a carrier with a tracking number.
