What is our return policy?

We accept refunds on all our pieces within 14-days of purchase!

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition with hang tags  ,  hygiene seal  and original cellophane with barre code remaining in place.
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

Refunds will be issued excluding:

-the original shipping cost.

-the payment integration cost .

-2.40 euros, to put back the items in stock.

Are returns free?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Blue Lagoon for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

How do i organize a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us to customer@bluelagoon-swimwear.com

and wait for the confirmation notice to proceed of the return, you cannot send back before our confirmation.

Using the email address used to order the bikini.

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges and the cost generated by credit card payment, for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs).

Once the items have been received, you will get your refund after a few days (item price excluding original shipping cost).

Blue Lagoon cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

Where do i send my return to?

We will provide you with the full address of our warehouse when we allocate your Returns Authorization number to you!

Items returned without a valid returns authorization, will be returned to sender and will not be processed.

What if my order arrives damaged, or there is a fault?

All items are inspected during manufacturing and before it is shipped to the customer.

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, contact us within 24 hours after receipt of your order and report the problem by email :


We will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense.
